Easter Packaging

Easter is just around the corner! As we all know, Easter is really the only holiday where chocolate is the meal of choice.

The tradition of exchanging chocolates and other sweets at Easter began in France and Germany during the 19
th century and the rest of Europe followed suit by hollowing out their eggs.

Among the emblems of Easter, the most famous one is definitely the Bunny. The Germans started the tradition of hiding Easter eggs and they were also the first to create edible Easter Bunnies in the early 1800’s.

And what about today? For all those fellow chocoholics out there, here are some examples of innovative ‘Easter Eggs’ which make use of traditional ideas but add a new, creative twist.

Have a look at this ‘chocolate sandwich’ by
Hotel Chocolat.. How do you like your eggs? Scrambled? Sandwiched? Extra thick? They’ve laid out their best spread this Easter, offering something for everyone.

And look at this ‘chocolate beer’ by
Heineken… don’t you think it’s an innovative way of rethinking the traditional chocolate egg?

We wish all our clients and business partners Happy Easter. Have a nice and relaxing holiday!
